Breton designer of green shade structures

Our history
OUR MISSION: TO BEAUTIFY AND GREEN THE WORLD THROUGH THE POETRY OF BIOMIMETIC RECIPROCAL STRUCTURES.
At Sinallagma, everything begins with a passion: for wood, for nature, and for the ingenuity of life-inspired forms.
Founded in 2022, our company is the result of a dream nurtured for years by Vincent Bechtel, its founder. Trained as an urban planning engineer, he discovered reciprocal structures in 2013, a scientific and aesthetic revelation that changed his future. What was once a forgotten model in a living room soon became a calling.
Our team
SINALLAGMA IS ABOVE ALL A TEAM BASED IN THE BROCELIANDE FOREST
At Sinallagma, every project is an encounter.
Our R&D and production team combines precision and creativity to design unique structures.
Our field sales team, passionate and locally rooted, supports you with close attention.
In communication, an agile presence spreads our mission.
Together, we share one ambition: to green and beautify the world with meaning and expertise.

Our concept
BIOMIMETIC RECIPROCAL STRUCTURES TO WEAVE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN HUMANS AND NATURE
Today, Sinallagma designs and builds unique green structures in Brittany: reciprocal wooden pergolas, thoughtfully integrated into their surroundings. Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, our creations blend craftsmanship, respect for life, and architectural boldness.
Committed carpenters, we work exclusively with untreated chestnut wood to bring to life custom-made plant cocoons that are sustainable, aesthetic, and poetic.
Our Collaborations
BECAUSE EACH OF OUR CREATIONS NEEDS TO BE UNIQUE
We are proud to introduce our partner artists (blacksmithing, stained glass, ropework) who collaborate in creating unique works.
Driven by a passion for beauty and nature, these artisans craft exceptional designs, tailored to you, with true artistic mastery.
This is how we see the future: rooted in the time-honored techniques of the Compagnons du Devoir, guided by a sincere ecological responsibility, and desirous of reaching a more respectful, beautiful, and sustainable world.
